This project, implemented for "OBA", one of the largest store chains in the country, is aimed at managing rapid turnover in the retail sector. Within the framework of the project, supply chain management (SCM) was optimized, and an automated connection of the central warehouse with all stores was established. This not only ensured the timely delivery of thousands of product varieties, but also enabled effective management of warehouse balances and accurate sales analysis.
