Service and After-Sales Service Integration

Management of customer services and service centers through BPM.

In order to bring the quality of after-sales service of Baku Electronics to global standards, a service management system has been established on the Eflow BPM platform. Automatic registration of customer requests, synchronization of spare parts needed for repairs with warehouses, and planning of the workload of technical personnel are carried out through this system. As a result, the service period has been shortened, the transparency of service centers has increased, and an important basis for customer loyalty has been created.
